There are eight different panel types

Snap On Seam
Panel
These panels
should be installed over solid plywood
sheathing or metal decking.
Snap on seam
panels come in 1.5" and 2"
heights.
The 1.5"
high snap on seams are standard. They are
available 11", 16", and 19"
on center. The panel leg height is one inch.
There are two optional "stiffening
ribs." These are evenly spaced within
the panel.
The 2"
high snap on seams are available 18" on
center. The panel leg height is one inch.
There are two optional "stiffening
ribs." These are evenly spaced within
the panel.
Snap On Batten
Panels
These panels
should be installed over solid plywood
sheathing or metal decking.

panels are 16" wide. The panel leg
height is one inch. There are two optional
"stiffening ribs." These are
evenly spaced within the panel.
Structural
Seam Panels
These panels
should be installed over purlins, solid
plywood sheathing, or metal decking.
Structural
seam panels come in 1.5" and 2"
heights.
The 1.5"
high structural seam panels are standard.
They are available 12", 16.75",
and 20" on center with an integral
standing seam. There are two optional
"stiffening ribs." These are
evenly spaced within the panel.

high structural seam panels are available
12", 16.5", and 20" on center
with an integral standing seam. There are
two optional "stiffening ribs."
These are evenly spaced within the panel.
Structural
Snap On Batten Panels
These panels
should be installed over purlins, solid
plywood sheathing, or metal decking.
Panel are
available 14" high with an integral
standing seam leg height of 1.5 inches.
There are two optional "stiffening
ribs." These are evenly spaced within
the panel.
The standing
seams are crimped at 90 degrees.
Radius Panels
These panels
should be installed over solid plywood
sheathing, metal decking, or purlins. If
they are installed over purlins, they must
be installed at a maximum of 24" on
center.
The panels are
available curved or non-curved.
Non-curved
1" high snap on seams are available
12.75" and 20.75" on center. The
panel leg height is 5/8 of an inch. There
are two optional "stiffening
ribs." These are evenly spaced within
the panel.
Curved 1"
high snap on seams are available 12.75"
on center. The panel leg height is 5/8 of an
inch. Stiffening ribs are not available with
the curved radius panel.
Snap Lock
Panels
Panels should
be installed over solid plywood sheathing or
metal decking.
Snap Lock
Panels are available in 1" and
1.5" heights.
Both 1"
and 1.5" panels are available in a
standard 13", 18", and 21"
width.
The 1"
high snap lock panel has an integral
standing seam leg height of one inch. There
are two optional "stiffening
ribs." These are evenly spaced within
the panel.
The 1.5"
high snap lock panel has a continuous
concealed button lock mechanism. There are
two optional "stiffening ribs."
These are evenly spaced within the panel.
Soffit Panels
Soffit panels
are available in widths of 12, 16, and 20
inches. The soffit leg depth is 3/4 of an
inch.
Stiffening
ribs are not available with soffit panels.
Panels are
interlocked without needing clips. They are
fastened according to local building code
requirements, but should not exceed 24"
on center.
Five-V-Crimp
Panels
These panels
should be installed over solid plywood
sheathing. They may also be installed over
battens, if they do not exceed 24" on
center.
Five-V-Crimp
panels are 22.5" wide with a coverage
area of 20.5 inches.
